Hi,
Does anyone know the best time to plant Forget me nots please? Also what is the best environment for them to thrive in. Thank you.
I don’t have a garden
but a search came up with this
The best time to plant forget-me-nots is early spring or autumn. They prefer moist, well-drained soil and can tolerate both full sun and partial shade.
It's that time of year when the leaves are starting to turn on the trees and the nights are drawing in as a chill comes to the air.
In our gardens, it is time to divide perennials and prune our roses after flowering (although I still have many, many blooms on my own). They next opportunity for rose pruning effectively is February.
Meanwhile, to welcome autumn, plant bulbs like crocuses and dwarf irises in pots for early spring colour and why not install bug hotels to support beneficial insects. You can also plant winter-flowering pansies
